I AM
In this collection, INA VARE explores her identity through both personal and cultural lenses. Drawing from her personal archives and capturing surroundings that evoke a deep sense of comfort and connection, she infuses each piece with a profoundly sentimental approach. Through this introspective process, INA reflects on her relationship with the values and experiences shaped by being born in Latvia.
I am everything within and around me, from vast universes to tiny specks of dust. I am the raw power of frigid seas and the delicate grace of swaying reeds. I am the sum of all that lies underneath, shaped by the journey of life and the struggles that it brings. I am not alone, but rather part of a greater whole, connected and united with everything and you. Explore collection here. |

LIFE AQUATIC WITH MAX AND INA
This collection is a collaboration between INA VARE and video artist Max Capacity.
The collection captures two artists’ conversation – a metaphorical exploration of insecurities and mundane adventures. Collection includes 14 single-edition artworks, created and remixed through digital and analog glitch techniques. Explore all artworks here. |
INTOXICAting mix of desire
A collection of 21 single-edition artworks exploring the intricate nature of love, desire, and glitch.
Through these pieces, INA explores the glitches and errors inherent in desire and love—how we often misinterpret words, not hearing what is said but instead filtering them through the lens of emotion. Each artwork, crafted from analog video art and presented as digital GIFs, is created by rescanning and remixing self-made Hi8 video footage. This process transforms nostalgic, analog memories into dynamic digital expressions, blurring the lines between past and present, intention and perception. Explore all artworks here. |
